Mobile Robot Development

Engineering contributions to the design, integration, and build of an industrial mobile robot platform.

Project Overview

This project involved contributing to the development of a mobile robot used in Garment On Hanger (GOH) industry. My role covered a broad range of engineering responsibilities across mechanical, electrical, and system-integration domains.

I supported the robot’s hardware architecture by reviewing designs, preparing engineering documentation, and coordinating mechanical and electrical details during the build process. I contributed to improving assembly workflows, validating component layouts, and ensuring that the system met safety and reliability standards.

Throughout integration and testing, I worked closely with the engineering team to diagnose issues, refine implementation decisions, and ensure proper alignment between mechanical and electrical subsystems.

The experience further strengthened my understanding of robotics hardware development, interdisciplinary collaboration, and how real-world robotic platforms are engineered from concept to deployment.
